When Should I Expect My Order?
Most orders are processed within 24 hours of purchase. Shipping in the United States generally takes 7-10 business days from the date of purchase. Expedited generally takes 5-7 business days.
Has My Order Been Shipped?
You will receive an email order confirmation once your order has been received, in addition, a shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has been shipped. The confirmation will include the tracking number for your package. Tracking service is available only at customer's request at check out.
Can I Return My Order?
Due to Covid -19, returns have been suspended for the safety of our customers and team members. When placing a order, we ask that you please review the sizing chart and product details. We will not accept any returns due to color change or sizing.

Can I Modify Or Cancel My Order ?
Unforutnley, once your order has been processed we are unable to modify or cancel any order. When your order arrives, please follow instructions for a store credit.

The Agent Collection does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If the tracking says "delivered" and you did not receive it please contact your local post office for any questions concerning lost or stolen packages.
Please ensure that your billing and shipping addresses are correct prior to completion of your order. We do not reship or refund orders due to an incorrect address.
