When should I expect my order?  

Most of our orders are processed within 24 hours of purchase. Shipping in the United States generally takes 3-5 business days from the date of purchase. Expedited generally takes 2-3 business days.

We will send a confirmation email once your order is shipped. Tracking service is available only at customer's request at check out.

    How do I cancel my order?  

    All orders are processed immediately. If canceling an order, contact us within 3 hours of placing the order.  Email us atsales@theagentcollection.com

     

    Who do I contact if I have shipping issues?

    All shipping issues are handled by the shipping carrier.  We are not responsible for shipments once shipped from our location.  We recommend verifying the address that you provide is accurate.  We do not reship or refund orders due to  an incorrect address.

    The Agent Collection  is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If the tracking says "delivered" and you did not receive it please contact USPS to see if they can locate it.
