Return & Exchange Policy

At The Agent Collection 100% satisfaction is our goal.  

Due to Covid -19,  returns  and exchanges have been suspended for the safety of our customers and team members. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item in the orginal packaging, and condition within (7) days of delivery date. Once your item is returned and inspected, we will notify you via email for an approval or rejection of a store credit. Customers are responsible for return shipping
