Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We are committed to providing a high quality of service and ensure that you are highly satisfied with the products you purchase from The Agent Collection.

 

Returns

All orders are made to order.

Only damaged items are eligible for a return. When placing a  order, we ask that you please review the sizing chart and product details. The Agent Collection will not accept any returns due to color change  or size.

If you have a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us at sales@theagentcollection.com with a picture of the item within 7 days of receiving your order. Incorrect items will receive a prepaid return label so that you can send the item back at no cost to you! 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. This can be found in your e-mail confirmation.

 

Refunds ( if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your returned item is eligible for a refund, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Exchanges only allowed on full price items, sale items are FINAL SALE. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a tracking shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Damaged / Defective Items 

If you get your item and it is damaged/or defective, you must send us an email sales@theagentcollection.com within (7) days of receiving your item for another to be sent in place of it. 

 Lost or stolen packages

The Agent Collection  is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If the tracking says "delivered" and you did not receive it please contact USPS to see if they can locate it.
