Shipping

The Agent Collection ships merchandise to locations within the United States. Purchased items will be shipped within 5-7 business days after the date of purchase, excluding weekends.

During holidays there will most likely be a delay with shipping. Please add a 1-3 day window (excluding weekends) in addition to the 5-7 business days (excluding weekends) shipping policy.   

If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking information states your package was delivered by the carrier, but you have not received it. Please  contact the carrier. 

The Agent Collection does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered. 

Please ensure that your billing and shipping address are correct prior to completion of your order. Due to cardholder security, we will not update shipping addresses. Packages that are returned to sender due to incorrect shipping information provided by customer, will be issued a store credit minus shipping costs. 

There may be shipping delays due to  Covid-19. We are processing orders in a manner that ensures safety for all parties involved. Please note that shipping entities may be experiencing delays. We appreciate your patience as we adjust  through these uncertain times.  

 

Cancellation Policy:

Once payment has been completed for your order, orders cannot be modified or cancelled.
